Commissions Overview

How To Commission

Step 1
Figure out what you want. What character(s), what poses should they be in, what facial expressions should they have, and where are they? What style do you want?
Will this be printed? If so what colour profile do you need it to be in? (RGB or CMYK)
Step 2
Prepare your mail: Gather anything relevant you have for this commission. Prepare your references, your written descriptions, your mood boards, and your own sketches. Anything that can help me get a clear understanding of your vision.
Step 3
Send me a mail appropriately named "Commission (Your name/Username/Characters name)" and write your description of what you want done. Make sure to add all the relevant material you have as well.
Step 4
After your commission has been accepted, make sure to pay at least 50% of the total price. The commission won't be started before payment has been received. After you've paid, you'll be receiving a sketch or two of my composition ideas.
Step 5
After you have accepted a sketch, the rest of the payment will be sent.
Step 6
You will receive your finished commission, and we can talk about revisions if needed. If not, then it's time for you to enjoy your final artwork!

Terms of Service

I withhold every right to refuse a commission request for any and all reasons. Reasons for this may be I feel unqualified to fulfill your wishes, or if I feel uncomfortable with what you request. All commissions must be paid via PayPal or through my website (kitzat.sumupstore.com). Preferably the Paypal payment will be sent in Euros (€).
Payments must be partially or fully sent before I start working. As soon as the payment has been received on my end, I'll start on the work.
Commissions may not be refunded once I've started on a project, and by reading these terms, you've agreed to this. With the exception being if I myself offer a refund due to unforeseeable circumstances.
If you require the finished artwork before a specific date, let me know in advance so I can plan around it!
All prices are estimates! Some commissions might cost more if they're more detailed, if they're complex in designs or poses, or if it's a rush order! This will be discussed before any payment goes through!Revisions to your commissions can be an extra cost if they require many more hours of work on my part. Please make sure you have a clear and unshaded reference(s) of the character(s) you would like drawn, or multiple well lit photos, if the subject is a pet. Be ready to provide some personality traits as well!
Lastly, make sure that you're ready to describe what you want! The more exact you are from the beginning, the easier it will be for both of us! You're welcome to sketch out your ideas, add reference photos, moodboards, and more as inspiration.
If you desire something that's not listed here, feel free to send me a message and inquire about it anyhow!NSFW subjects can be discussed, however, expect higher prices. Send me a message to ask about the possibilities there.

It all depends on what type of commission you've ordered! The general turn-around period will be anything from a week to up to two months.

Can I commission fanart?
-
Yes! I love doing fanart for a variety of different things and I would love to create art of your favorite character.

Can I print my commission after I've received it?
-
If its for personal use, yes! If you want to display your finished commission in your home, you're more than welcome to. You may not, however, sell prints of your commission!

If I'm not satisfied with my commission, will I be able to get a refund?
-
I will sadly NOT be able to give you a refund. We can however work to figure out a way to make it more to your liking instead.
